Transformational Narrative Coaching is a way of coaching that is built on the idea that people’s stories of who they are and of what is happening to them have all the clues needed to help them effect change in their lives, and to help them build futures for themselves. In other words through helping them make sense of the stories of their lives we help them be more agentive and to become authors of their futures.

I enjoy storytelling how sports teams win – primarily through experiences of how technology and sport have converged into an arms race for competitive advantage. The sports narrative also translates powerfully into business (from start ups to global multi-nationals) and I present to audiences my experience of cultivating high performing business environments and maximising human capital.
